By accessing or using Wheel Income ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Wheel Income is a personal paper-trading simulation tool designed to help users practice the wheel options strategy using hypothetical, non-real-money trades. The Service also provides free educational calculators that anyone may use without an account. The Service is provided for educational and personal-use purposes only.

The Service does not execute real trades, manage real funds, or connect to any brokerage account. All positions, P&L figures, and analytics are simulated.

The Service may display an optional “Plain English” mode that relabels standard options terminology using simplified rental analogies. Such labels are educational analogies only, do not alter any calculation, figure, or result, and are subject to the limitations set out in our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must provide a valid email address when registering. Accounts are for individual, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to the Service, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability to you. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any real investment decisions.

The Service operator is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

Market data, option prices, earnings dates, and other financial information displayed in the Service may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data provided.

Past simulated performance does not guarantee future results, whether simulated or actual.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the Service or its content commercially
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

All content, design, and code comprising the Service are the property of the operator. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service operator, its officers, directors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any right of another party; or (d) any content or data you submit through the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer may be made available in languages other than English for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version governs.
