Our Commitment

Wheel Income is committed to making the Service accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard and continuously work to improve the accessibility of the Service.

Conformance Status

Wheel Income is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and resolve gaps.

Technical Specifications

The Service is built using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (React). It relies on the following technologies for accessibility support:

  • HTML semantic elements and ARIA landmark roles
  • Keyboard-navigable interactive components
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios for primary content
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements

Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility

The Service is designed to be compatible with modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest two major versions). We aim for compatibility with common screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, though full testing coverage is ongoing.

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas where accessibility improvements are in progress:

  • Some data tables (option chains, watchlist) may not have full ARIA column header associations for all screen readers.
  • Chart components (P&L visualizations) do not yet have full text-based data alternatives.
  • Some interactive controls may not announce state changes to assistive technologies.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Wheel Income. If you experience barriers when using the Service or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at [email protected].

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and will work to resolve reported issues in a timely manner.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may contact the relevant national or regional equality and accessibility authority in your jurisdiction.
